To promote research in plant sciences the DBG supports workshops, meetings and congresses. The DBG is especially interested to further the attendance of early career scientists.
If you want to apply for such a support, please fill in the forms and contact the General Secretary of the DBG (application form, pdf file).
The following meetings will be or have been financially supported by the DBG ranging from 500 to 1,500 Euros each. The organisation of the Strasburger Hot Topic Workshop was supported with 5,000 up to 10,000 Euros and the Botanik-Tagung (International Conference of the German Society for Plant Sciences) up to 10,000 Euros.
